ORC International is the global research operating
unit of Opinion Research Corporation. Headquartered in Princeton,
New Jersey, Opinion Research Corporation was founded in 1938 to
apply public opinion polling techniques to business issues. It
has been a public company since October 1993.
ORC International specialises in global business-to-business markets
and addresses for its clients such strategic issues as Corporate
Reputation & Branding, Customer Loyalty & Retention, Market
Assessment, Marketing Sciences and Employee Survey Programs.
Worldwide headquarters are located in Princeton, NJ, with offices
located in Chicago, Detroit, Hong Kong, London, Manchester, Mexico
City, Seoul, Taipei, Tampa, Toledo, and Tucson.
ORC International maintains three central telephone interviewing
centres, in Tucson, Tampa, and London, with a total of 400 CATI-equipped
interviewing stations. All European interviewing is conducted
through the London centre, which is staffed with native speakers
in 17 major European languages. Interviewing is conducted regularly
in the Pacific Rim, Europe, and the Americas by ORC International
and its long-established network of affiliates.
